We’ve got massive improvements for you today. We’ve improved the diary history experience, making information easier to access. And we’ve introduced a custom tablet version, giving you a better reason to start working on a bigger screen.
That’s not all. If you’re taking payments from site you’re in for a treat. A huge new update to the payments flow. We’ve revamped the experience. If you’re on the Customer Journey plan or higher, you can now take payment via a QR code onsite!

Changes: We’ve been working hard to modernize the whole of the Commusoft app. Improving the usability and designing the interfaces to be more consistent on all mobile platforms. This week we’re pleased to release two more screens have been completed. The notes and contacts tabs have had a complete design overhaul. Expect a more modern design and better user experience. We’ll be continuing to rework each screen in 2024, so keep an eye on the in-app notifications.
